We build and show you a preview of your website before you pay anything. If you don't want it, tell us and we take it down. You owe nothing.

Website Launch ($600, one time)

• If you change your mind before your site goes live on your domain, contact us within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
• Once your site is live on your domain, the launch fee is non-refundable, because the design, build and launch work is complete.
• If we are unable to launch your site for reasons on our side, we refund the launch fee in full.

Website Care Plan ($29 per month)

• Billed monthly, starting when your site goes live. No contract.
• Cancel anytime by calling or texting us, or through the secure billing link in your Stripe receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a month already billed.
• If you cancel, we take the site off our hosting at the end of the paid month. On request, we send you a copy of your site files so you can host them elsewhere.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first and we will fix it promptly. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
