Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a website or website care plan from Kyros Sites, a service of Kyros Intel ("we", "us"). By paying for a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Website Launch ($600 one time, sales tax included): design, build and launch of a website for your business on a domain you own or register. Website Care Plan ($29 per month, sales tax included): hosting, SSL certificate, software updates, uptime monitoring and up to two content changes per month. Unused content changes don't roll over.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The launch fee is paid once. The care plan renews monthly until you cancel. Prices include applicable sales tax. We may change care plan pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.

Your content

You confirm that the business information, photos, logos and other content you give us, or that we use with your approval, are yours to use. You own your domain name and your content. We keep the right to show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Previews

Previews are private, unlisted and hidden from search engines. We take a preview down at your request or within 30 days if you don't take it over.

Acceptable use

We may decline or end service for sites used for illegal activity, fraud, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Availability

We work to keep sites online at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
